Before working a 10+ hour day, I wanted to make sure that I was well-fed and kept energized all day. I decided not to go to CrossFit in the morning to get more sleep – it was a good decision. I also made this breakfast staple – steak and eggs with a side of spinach. The day went by really quickly and I felt great! That is, until I got home and my feet realized what I had put them through, haha. I sat down and didn’t really get back up.
