Day 6

Our barbells after the workout today.

The WOD was “Jackie”:

  • 1,000m Row
  • 50 Thrusters
  • 30 Pull-ups

I completed mine at 11:10, with a 35# bar and subbed ring-rows for pull-ups. If I have any distinct goal for this year in terms of CrossFit, it would be to finally conquer pull-ups. I can do banded pull-ups alright, but still not there… yet.
